VINIFICATION AND AGEING

The grapes of the different varieties selected are harvested according to their ideal state of maturity, in boxes of 20 kg and immediately vinified. Stalked and transported by gravity to the fermentation vats, where fermentation takes place at moderate temperatures for approximately 10 days. Its partial aging of 70% of the blend for 9 months in French and American barrels, gives it complexity and elegance, maintaining the presence of fresh fruit notes.

CONSUMPTION AND LONGEVITY

Ideal consumption temperature at 16 ° C; It accompanies meat and fish dishes from traditional Portuguese cuisine and also features characteristics of freshness and elegance ideal to be combined with fusion dishes, Italian pastas and oriental cuisine. Ideal wine for young consumption, but also with good aging potential.

WINEMAKER NOTES

Ruby colored wine, with a good concentration, with aromas of black plum and ripe red fruits. In the mouth it has great amplitude and precision. It has a good structure, smooth, soft tannins and a seductive freshness that gives it good longitude. Elegant wine with good gastronomic aptitude.
